In agreement with the determinations of the
Normative Ruling 669/94, the National Tourist offer, associated to
the traditional production of green wines, allows to stimulate the
development of the Tourist potential of the Rooms of Proofs,
Museum spaces associated to the traditional agriculture of the
vineyards and respective vinification, and dynamism of the Routes
of the wines, as well as publishing the attractive views,
ethnographical and cultural of the area of the vinhos Verdes.
"The Vinho Verde is an only product in the
world, which the mixture of the taste and the needle he turns in
one of the most delicious National drunk".
Quinta da Cela has an annual medium production
of 55 pipes of Vinho Verde V.Q.P.R.D., whose grapes are
transformed by the vinification process.
In the reservation of the house that remounts
to several centuries "ramadas "can be observed behind in
arch with breed grapevines "Espadeiro", "Tinta
Nacional", "Vinhão", "Borraçal" and
"Verdelho "for consumption of the house.
The Society Agricultural Quinta da Cela, Lda
with thirst in the Casa da Cela, adapted the space of the old
Cellars and presses in Room of Proofs in a way of allowing to
offer to 20 people of every time the visit to this space
agricultural museum installed at the old porch and to observe
equipment of other times associated to the agricultural works, as
they are cleaners of cereals, grating, plows, sowers, car of oxen,
linen ripeiros, manual grater of grapes, manual bomb of transfer
of wine, equipment to sulphatize, sulphurator and other equipment.

wood to conserve the red wines in apprenticeship and the
temperature between the 10 and 14 centigrade degrees.
The accesses to this place were restructured in sidewalk to the
